About The System
The ALritma Label applicator is a high-performance pressure-sensitive labeler designed to be integrated into packaging lines where reliability and speed are the main goals and requirements.
It is controlled by a powerful microprocessor with a touch screen display that allows for advanced management, relieving the operator of performing complex mechanical adjustments and helps speed up format changes.
The ALritma series is available in the following versions:
- S (maximum label width 100 mm), speed 40 m/min
- M (maximum label width 200 mm), speed 40 m/min
- L (maximum label width 300 mm), speed 30 m/min
Available Functions:
- Pre-dispensing adjustment in tenths of a mm (1/250″)
- Speed adjustment in 0.1 m (4″)/min increments
- Labeling delay adjustment in mm
- Acceleration/deceleration ramp adjustment
- Storage of different label formats
- Automatic recovery of missing labels
- Progressive and countdown piece counter
- Automatic removal of double product detection
- Shift register between product sensor and label application point
