ALTech‘s ALbelt Labeling System
The Albelt is a unique system for labeling blocks of cheese. As a result, this applicator prints and applies two pressure sensitive labels. One label goes on the top of the package and another one on the base. So, the system bends the top label onto three sides, giving it the ability to apply labels to four sides of the package, and this machine is capable of processing more than 60 products per minute
This version of the ALbelt is based on ALTech’s ALbelt two section conveyor. In this case, it is equipped with two ALritma heads, one on top and one below the conveyor. The variable data is printed by two SATO Printers, controlled by the ST50 swingarm, which allows printing during the application process without slowing down the machine throughput. Apply labels with the standard wipe-on device. The U bend happens with a custom pneumatic bending unit, placed at the conveyor end.
