ALTech’s ALBelt Labeling On Top of Pots

The machine of this month is an ALbelt which produces and packs dry fruits and spices in small plastic pots. The small space that is available on the pot forces a concentration of information into a single label. Then, the label gets adhered to the lid. So, the label is multi-layer, with the external decorative layer and an internal one (visible by pulling the tab), providing nutritional information.

Easily insert the ALbelt at the end of the production line for better flow. It is also capable of production speeds of 140 pots/min. The labeler receives the products from the filler, stabilizes them with a synchronized twin side belts (MC14), and labels them with an ALritma label head. The system is preset for the installation of ink-jet coder supplied by the customer. A powered rotary table (MT20), collects a the labeled product at the end of the process.
