This machine is an ALline E built for labeling cosmetics and toiletries. It provides an accurate, quality application of labels to both sides of the container. In addition, the machine works at 60 bottles per minute.
The Front and Back Labeler even works well with the curved shapes of such bottles. So, it comes equipped with a timing screw gapping system. Plus it uses a twin gripper positioning unit, driven by a synchronized servo-motor (ME13). This combination allows for the system to orient each product and also presents it to be properly aligned to the two ALritma label heads. This combination creates a very tight labeling positioning tolerance.
