Meet the Team

Tony began his journey with GLL more than 30 years ago, as he created the company from the ground up. He is happily married with 3 kids who he loves spending time with. His out of work passion is fishing & he travels often, for both work & pleasure.

Todd has been here since 2011 and has a family history of printing. His Grampa started Preferred Printing in 1955 and his Father continued the business until the 90’s. After earning his Bachelor’s in Sales and Marketing he worked in B2B Sales in different industries. In his personal time he spends time with his Wife of 35 years, Daughter, Son-In-Law and Son and enjoys camping and the outdoors.

With a long drive to work, wife, & two young boys – Steve is always on the go. Keeping production up to speed, he’s been in the printing industry for 16 years & with Great Lakes for 12 of those years.

Sally has been the HR and accounting manager for GLL for 15 years. She enjoys working with the great team of employees and helping to navigate all the HR needs of our growing company. Sally is a mom of 6 and “Mia” to her 9 beautiful grandchildren. When not working or spending time with her family, she enjoys camping, fishing, and enjoying time with her friends (especially her weekly Wednesday night card games!)

I started at the beginning of 2023, I like to travel, try new foods, & spend time with family and friends.

Patrick started in 2010 as a press operator and has recently moved to running the Research and Development and Maintenance department. He has 3 children Hunter, Colter, and Ember. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and pretty much anything outdoors! He's our guy for all office projects- especially hanging things!

Kevin has spent 20 years working for GLL. He and his wife have 5 kids whose activities they love attending and 2 grandkids who they adore. He also enjoys swimming and playing horseshoes in his free time.

Beth began working here 10 years ago in production & moved to Customer Service in 2015. She likes spending time with her son & watching him play sports. On the weekend, she likes to hang out with her grand nephew.

Shellie started at Great Lakes label in 2009 in the finishing department. In 2015 she moved into customer service. She is married with 3 children. When Shellie is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, working in the yard, hiking and snowshoeing on trails.

Taylor began in production, shipping & rewind when he was in high school. He spent some time in the accounting department and recently took a new role in purchasing. His life is never dull, as he loves hanging out with friends and going on trips to new places.

This is Megan's 1st year working in the Accounting Dept. after graduating from GVSU. Previously, she has worked in various areas of production since high school. She loves hanging out with friends & family, traveling with her fiancé, & spending time with her 2 cats.

Maddie has been working on and off at Great Lakes Label since she was 16 years old. She first started out helping wherever she could then went to rewind full time and now she is in accounting/HR. She enjoys baking and hanging out with her cats and new puppy, Marshall!

Susan has worked at Great Lakes Label for over 10 years, starting as an intern while still in college. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and partner. In her free time, she enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, traveling to new places, playing the French horn, baking, hiking, and hanging out with her dog, Lucy.

Lydia first started working at GLL as an intern in 2023. Since graduating from Ferris she now works as a Graphics Specialist. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as doing crafts, riding roller coasters, and playing tennis.

Delane recently relocated from Denver to Grand Rapids and joined the GLL team in 2025. In her free time, she enjoys catching up on reality TV, exploring new restaurants around town, and traveling to visit friends and family.

Kate has served as the Quality Assurance Director at GLL since June 2023. Prior to joining the team, she taught at a child development center, fostering her passion for education and growth. Outside of work, she dabbles in all kinds of art and creativity, spending time with her friends and taking care of her fish.

Josh started September of 2021. He does IT work at GLL. He enjoys bumping music in his car and selling shoes 🙂

Lorri began with Great Lakes Label 12 years ago in Finishing, moved to Customer Service & is now in Scheduling. She enjoys spending time at home, likes to garden & loves all of her animals.

Kim has been in Flexographic printing since she was 16 years old & with GLL for 12+ years. She began here working on Press 1. Hours not at work she makes aromatherapy products and likes fishing, campfires, darts, & horseshoes.

Outside of work I enjoy my time with family and friends, cooking, spending time around water as much as possible, camping, watching movies, and overall, just enjoying life to its fullest.

Christian started with GLL in 2012, helping build & develop the Label Gator Brand. He then transitioned into sales. He is happily married with 3 wonderful adult daughters. He loves to make music & pastors a small church in his hometown.

Macarena has been with GLL for almost 10 years as a Spanish Business Interpreter. She is married with 2 beautiful daughters and 2 dogs. She loves to work in her garden creating new projects that involve building, painting or the use of any hand tools and she volunteer at the Emergency Management Team at her home County in her free time.

Almost 13 years ago, Tommy began as an intern with Great Lakes Label and is now an equipment support technician. When asked what he would like on his profile, he responded: ”Go Blue!” – straight & to the point.

Working mainly with Horticulture labels and the Label Gator systems he has been with the team since 2015.
