The ALcode labeling applicator can be used to switch from pre-printed bags, providing greater flexibility for some companies. The product is a filled sack, traveling lay down on the existing conveyor. The label format is the standard A5. Apply labels in real time and applied without stopping the sack at 15 products per minute.
About The ALcode
The labeling machine is a one to one print and apply unit. It also comes with a Sato TT printer. The application device adopted in this project is the swinging pad. It is able to follow the uneven shape of the bag as well as self-adjusting to variable heights.
The machine also is capable in a dusty environment, but it requires modification. As such, it needs a dust protection enclosure, including an underside pneumatic door. The pneumatic door only opens during the label application.
