It is able to perform a variety of applications including orienting a bottle to the embossing in the glass. This flexible machine designed for the smaller craft distiller or winery.
As a result, liquor bottles are may need to be decorated with a number of labels, matching the shape of the container. Having a machine that is able to label bottles with up to three different labels, and in some cases register with glass decoration, becomes imperative for craft breweries or vineyards.
This system also uses a special ALline E/C with three ALritma labeling heads. The modular configuration of the machine allows the customer to enable the devices as needed for each individual bottle. The machine also easily manages square and rectangular bottles, labeled with a front, back, neck labels, and cylindrical bottles with front, back and neck labels in register with glass decoration.
The machine can run from 25 to 60 bpm, depending on the specific application.
