One 3 Roller Indexer Applicator Requirement
- Front & back labeling requires front & back labels converted in altering fashion even on the same web
- As indexer rotates bottles, the controller also monitors bottles’ rotations
- Once ready, the application triggers application of the labels 180º opposite each other
Two 3 Roller Indexer Applicator Requirement
- Front two labels converted on one roll
- Back labels converted on opposing roll
- Indexer reverses bottle rotation also after application of the first label
